• Loyalty cards are non-transferable and have no cash value
• We cannot replace stamps from lost cards
• Stamps must be collected at time of purchase
• Event booking payments do not count towards the stamps on the card
• Cards cannot be exchanged for gift vouchers
• Only one stamp per transaction of £5 or more, multiple stamps will not be given for each additional £5 of a sale
• The £5 off can be redeemed in the shop but not in the cafe
• To redeem the £5 there is no minimum spend, however if an item under £5 is purchased there will be no change given
• A full loyalty card can only be exchanged for a discount once and must be surrendered when redeeming the £5 off a purchase

PLEASE NOTE: If you have an old Mayfield loyalty points card, these can no longer be used to collect points on purchases. However we will honour any points accrued on these cards and you are able to spend them on purchases until 31st December 2023.
